Delicious Brussel Sprouts

My young kids love these too! And they are simple.

  1. Clean and cut the brussel sprouts (I cut off the end and cut them in half)

  2. Place on a baking sheet with about 2 Tablespoons melted coconut oil, toss. Sprinkle on sea salt.

  3. Roast at 400 degrees F for about 20-30 minutes, until parts are golden brown.

  4. Add more sea salt to taste if you like, serve warm and enjoy!
