Top sleep tips:

  1. Cut the blue light early - Avoid looking at a screen at least an hour before you go to bed

  2. Cut the stimulus - Avoid stimulating conversations and engagements before you go to bed. Consider stretching, meditating, or taking a bath or shower instead. You are trying to quiet the mind.

  3. Environment / Surroundings - Create a dark environment, which is a sanctuary used mainly for sleep

  4. Temperature - Keep it relatively cool (and of course use comfy blankets), Consider around 62 degrees Fahrenheit.

  5. Timing - Early to bed is magical! Try to keep your timing the same every night.
