Optimize Your Movement

Tips for Optimal Movement:

First, be sure to move throughout the day. For ideal health, you don’t want to just exercise hard in one part of the day, then be sedentary for the rest of the day.

Targeting consistent exercise for at least 25 consequative minutes per day is ideal. Walking is great!

How can you add in more movement through your day? Set a timer to run up and down the stairs, do burpees, walk the hall, etc . . . at least every hour or so.
